"Excellent vacation. We would definitely go back. The food was great. Really enjoyed the Gourmet restaurant. The staff was AMAZING. Jerry is so fun! He revs up the crowd and is hilarious! My only complaint was when we checked in we we’re under the impression that we booked the adult only side, but we are booked on the Family side so we had to pay an additional $1395 for 5 nights to upgrade. Totally worth it because they have much better restaurants, grounds, and more chill. Just double check if you book so you don’t end up with a very expensive surprise. It happened to other people we met on the trip also. Besides that, everything could not have been better. "

I want to highlight our personal concierge, José, who went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. He acted immediately when we had a request and decorated our suite for my birthday! He really helped to take away the stress that comes with traveling and planning. Overall, from the location, the beach access, the suite, the amenities, and the resort staff, it was a great experience. This is a great place to celebrate special moments with your loved ones!"
