Staff was top notch. Shouts out to Dani Boy! Great amenities and a wonderful room. Love all the pool areas and nightly entertainment. Place shuts down at midnight so not too crazy thankfully. Would highly recommend.

Staff was extremely friendly and attentive which was nice. The variety of restaurants were perfect for our 5 nights there. We ended up missing trying two but most were good! The beach is by far the best part. This resort has no other resorts near, so it’s basically a private beach for just one resort. And the wait staff come check on you frequently, allowing you to just relax and enjoy!

Resort was very clean, staff was great. Not much in amenities although they do give you 3 bottles. Food was disappointing especially in the buffet . The club restaurant was a big disappointment. It should of been the best restaurant but fell short. The waitress we had was not the best and go figure we got her two times! Although we were told they have to speak English if they worked in the restaurant on e she found out my husband spoke Spanish she refused to speak to me in English. It put a damper on the whole experience. Bell hopes an like Michael we're great so was the maid service. Thank you Bernie for the poker games from entertainment.

Based on the reviews and price of this resort, we were underwhelmed. We paid more than we usually do hoping for an elevated experience. The pools were nice and the staff was great. Everything else was disappointing. The food was no better or worse than any other AI resort, but so inconsistent. You could order the identical meal twice and get two totally different meals. The room was so bland. Felt like a holiday inn. Nothing fancy at all about them. We had to beg for towels. Our friends who traveled with us got treats in their room every day (and didn’t tip daily). We tipped daily and got nothing. The resort itself was bland. Nothing fancy at all. We paid extra for Excellence Club - all it got us was the ability to eat at Magna, which was our least favorite restaurant and the use of club pools and beach area, which were less appealing than the main pools and beach area. And, in 11 days, not one staff member asked us if we were club members while we were in club areas (there are no bracelets distinguishing club members from non) so anyone could go anywhere. The ocean is basically unswimmable - red flags most of the time. And we were eaten alive by insects at the beach and outdoor restaurants. Even with bug spray. While we were there, they took down every beautiful, natural palapa and replaced them with plastic, cheap looking Temu versions. We were very disappointed and do not recommend this resort.

The resort is gorgeous! A little language barrier by some of the staff but they are super helpful and friendly. I loved the different pools too. The only problem for me is my stomach couldn’t handle the food as it is prepared differently. Usually without butter and vegetable oil instead. Would recommend if you don’t have a sensitive stomach as it is a gorgeous and perfectly sized resort. Do the upgrade to club level - for the pools and alcohol. We are not big drinkers but they had everything fyi. Food - meh.
