Had a great stay! The grounds were well kept and beautiful. Our room was spacious, plenty for my husband and our 13yo son. The balcony had a table and a bench, and a drying rack. The room came with coffee, sodas, water, and beer. I was happy with the bathroom amenities. The room comes with robe and slippers. It felt luxurious. I very much liked the bathroom area. Beautiful rain shower head. The toilet wasn’t a problem for us. The grounds are massive. Be prepared to get lost. The pool and the beach are both very nice. They are boats in the water, but it didn’t affect my experience. We also didn’t have any issues with vendors. We were asked and we politely declined. There are plenty of food options, however, the times can get a little confusing. We traveled for a wedding Columbus weekend and overall had a great trip. I would return again. .

The pool was full of kids. There was no free adult pool. You had to pay extra for that. Then the property had a power and water outage! The phone inside my room did not work! I was not able to shower or organize my luggage before my departure! It was awful! How do they not have a backup generator! They still charged me full price! Very disappointing!

Great hotel overall. Facilities are clean and rooms are well kept. Staff is a little less welcoming, there’s definitely a language barrier where they can’t fully grasp what we need. Nonetheless still good.

Traveling with little kids. Came to Lopesan 2nd time. Everything was good, friendly stuff. A big disadvantage was impossible to relax on the beach because of very loud constant music 10am-6 pm next to infinity pool.

Room and property are great. They are well maintained . Room is large and spacious. The sockets do need some work. Also, there should be iron in the rooms. Lastly, the room a/c wasn't working well.
