The property is beautiful, the rooms are very spacious and updated. Lunch at the beach club is amazing! The area around the property is private condo’s and a public marina which can make some people feel unsafe so this is important to note.

It's a pretty big resort so the walking distance from the room to the restaurants or amenities is too long So you return more tired than you arrived and is supposed to be relaxed and rested The hotel should have golf cars or something

Quiero empezar diciendo que el hotel es muy lindo y tiene muchas actividades para que te diviertas pero, la atención al cliente es TERRIBLE! Esta es la tercera vez que venimos a dominicana de vacaciones y nunca hacíamos tenido una experiencia tan mala en un hotel como esta vez, la habitación casi sin aire ni tampoco el mini bar funcionó jamás y lo reporte 5 veces nadie nunca hizo nada, lo reportamos por teléfono y personalmente en recepción y nada, con respecto a la habitación un olor a humedad, sin cesto de basura, las toallas buenas y mal tratadas, sin tragante en el baño y para terminar quitan parcialmente la luz a las 8:00 am todos los días para ahorrar electricidad, falta de respeto total, los trabajadores no importa donde vayas ni cuál sea la ubicación de cada uno todos todos mala cara un mal trato, una mala respuesta y si pedíamos algo casi siempre decían que no! En el buffet la comida buena pero llega temprano porque cuando se acaba no vuelven a sacar, sin contar en en todo el hotel sin dejar ningún área fuera de esto no hay AIRE ACONDICIONADO y por la noche no HAY LUZ en los pasillos, quería recalcar la única buena experiencia que tuvimos fue en el restaurante japonés y nos atendió PATRICIO lo mejor del hotel gracias a él mejoramos la noche porque anteriormente a eso la jefa del salón fue un poco in respetuosa y agresivamente con nuestro grupo que solo 8 adultos y 2 niños lo cual pagamos todos una tarifa bastante costosa. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Check in / out was not welcoming at all! No hello, no eye contact, felt like he didn’t want to be there, not engaging at all (didn’t get his name as he wasn’t wearing a name badge👍). And he forget to give me my Welcome envelope which included my pool towel card! Henzy, who checked me out, was the same. No “thank you for staying at Lopesan”, just asked for my room number and sent me on my way. THEY SERIOUSLY NEED TO TRAIN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! The facilities team work so much harder and so much nicer. Always saying hi as we walk past. Thank you to them. Hotel was super nice! Well kept, modern and huge!! Restaurant Food was very mediocre - nothing special. Breakfast and lunch buffet was actually more tasteful and had flavour. Pools - many to choose from. The sellers at the stalls near the pool were all aggressive! Not pleasant being hollered over pressuring sales to buy a bracelet. Felt like a market. (Which there was one next door for half the price). Get rid of them, or retrain. Theatre shows were a joke lol. Need to get better performers that can actually perform, as a team, together. It was a comedy. Overall, high end property, that didn’t have the staff to match.
