The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, clean. The food is very good. The only complaint we have is the horrible gas/petroleum smell at the beach from the many party boats. We were at the beach for less than an hour and had to leave because I got a migraine. Also, the hotel needs to work on the little kids area by the water park, the area is falling apart.

I was very excited to stay here. However, I was disappointed at the end. The type of service I was expecting was not there. Nobody ever came to me and asked if I wanted a drink while at the pool or at any other lounge area. Although I saw them walking around with drinks. They don’t serve alcohol until 10am. You can’t take food or drinks to the beach. For being a kids place, only the bathroom near the main bar had a changing table. My room toilet sounded like it was going to break every time we sat down. Room service took 1.5hrs to get there so the food was super cold. The service at the restaurants were okay. The shows were terrible and both times I went they started an hour late. Most of the staff seem unhappy. Will definitely not stay there again.

The stay at the hotel was amazing. The food options and the amenities is great. The only downside was the shows at night where outside the theater and was to hot to enjoy it, and also there weren’t enough seats for all the guests. This is our second time visiting the hotel and we really fell sorry for missing all the shows. The staff was very friendly and helpful all of them made the extra mile to made our experience the best .
