My Wife and I , recently spent a week at Ocean El Faro in Punta Cana, and it was an experience to remember! The hotel is beautifully designed with a colonial-style interior that adds a touch of elegance to the tropical surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, offering all the comforts you could need. Highlights: Pools and Lazy River: The multiple pools and the lazy river were fantastic. Whether you want to relax or have some fun, there’s something for everyone. Pool bar service was great, Luis, Domingo Etc make the experience wonderful thanks for all the efforts Dining Options: The variety of themed restaurants was impressive. From Italian to Japanese, each meal was a culinary delight. Entertainment: The evening shows and activities kept us entertained throughout our stay. The entertainment staff did a great job of engaging guests. Joel Erick Wanda Esteban did a great job entertaining us Thank you guys for everything you did Room for Improvement: Room Cleanliness: While the rooms were generally clean, there were occasional issues with musty smells and dampness1. Overall, Ocean El Faro offers a wonderful vacation experience with its stunning location, excellent amenities, and diverse dining options. It’s a great choice for families and couples alike We really want to thanks to Johanser Mazara, (Guest Experience Specialist ). He was on top of everything just making sure that we was ok and enjoying our vacation

It just felt like the staff didn’t care for Americans all together. Unfortunately we only speak English and that is our fault but we tried our hardest. Just didn’t feel like anyone wanted to help us or anything. The maids were fantastic though with cleaning and supplying towels. They do not explain Expedia bonus cash so be sure to ask when you get there or you won’t even get it. It’s difficult to use and seems to equate to discounts of 250$. The resort was amazing though, very beautiful there. Excursions aren’t worth it, it takes well over an hour to get on any of them and it’s only rum based. Usually only one drink.

The resort was better than I expected. There are a variety of food options here with different cuisines. The beach was beautiful and had no problems finding a place to relax at the shore. The only issue I have, to make this a 5 star resort, would be having no sales person working and harassing during your visit. When you are trying to relaxing or suntan on the lounge chairs they keep advertising their products which I found very annoying. Other than that, this resort was very enjoyable and would recommend others to go.

Thé resort itself was beautiful we very much enjoyed it! The staff was awesome! I truly enjoyed myself. My husband and I went for our baby moon to celebrate our first child and to enjoy a trip just us two before everything changes. The room was very nice they kept it clean we didn’t have to worry about anything. Vent cover in our room came off we had to get someone to come in the next day to fix it but other then that everything was great! Service was awesome at the restaurants too dolce vita is extremely quick and great service we also have the steakhouse which was also very good and margarita we mostly went to the buffet. The buffet was awesome and they have an adults only side which is nice. The pools were great the pool bars as well the lazy river was nice but the water that falls is quick hard so it hit me a few times and I didn’t enjoy that. The beach we didn’t bother to go to as there was seaweed everywhere and garbage which I was really disappointed about I usually love to walk to beach but the seaweed was along the edge of the shore :( we did try privilege for a few days we didn’t find it worth it. The pool that’s specifically privilege isn’t just the bar is which sucks the only advantages you have is having a personal butler and have different seating at the pool and beach and you can use different restaurants. We went to Saona island which was beautiful definitely recommend it!(:

I like the hotel rooms very nice and comfortable, different restaurants and nightly shows ,staff are friendly and accommodating 3 pools, and a lazy river .the only thing was the beach was full of sea weed, so we didn't use the beach we went to another beach 20 minutes away

Very unsatisfied with my vacation. Please be aware of the housecleaning staff!! Lock your value belongings, otherwise it will be stolen. My son left $108 inside his wallet and it was taking from his wallet. The resort it self does not have enough activities. If you just want to relax in the pool and beach his hotel fits your stay.
