The staff was wonderful, however, I suffered from diarrhea throughout the entire duration. There was definitely an issue with either the food or the drinks. and also the driver was late, picking us up to go to the airport.

The room was not cleaned as they mentioned when we got there. Housekeeping did not replenish the bath gels even after several calls. Twice we had to use shampoo. It was good the first day but afterwards not so much

Great property overall! We enjoyed the atmosphere and the drinks, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the food and pool areas. Cons: There was often a lack of food resupply, so it took a while to get items at the buffet places. Also, some of the pool tiles were starting to come off, which made it look a bit unappealing. Pros: Our butler, Erickson, was the best! He was always responsive and even provided us with some extra goodies. Not all food places were a miss, the steakhouse and the hibachi restaurant were our favorites. The drinks were great, and the views were simply amazing. Overall, a great resort with some room for improvement..

The staff were all top tier. Mary is the best bartender. The spa services were amazing! The casino needs an update. The property was under construction so not all amenities were available. All dining options are closed between 10a-12p and you only have the option of ordering room service.

Stayed here for a wedding and was impressed by the hotel but there were some shortcomings. There are 5 restaurants, 2 of which you need to make reservations for the morning of. We tried walking into of the restaurants that required a reservation evening of and asked if they could accommodate a walk in table of 4 and were told they were fully booked even though there were literally only 4 people in the space. We thought maybe they were expecting a rush in a bit but we walked by an a hour later and still only had 4 guests seated. The staff though across every restaurant was spectacular. Special shoutout to the manager, Emmanuel of See & Sea and Tony one of the servers. They made our stay truly memorable with their attention to detail and hospitality. And Christina who hosted all of the beach and pool activities who was so warm and energetic for EVERY SINGLE activity she led
