The property is nice and the rooms are beautiful, but the personnel service is terrible! the only person that had good customer service was Yokeivi, he was really nice to us, the rest of the people are not very happy and looks like we are an inconvenient to them. The food at the buffet is bad, some days we didn't find anything that we want to eat, there is not much variety, the drinks are awful!

Let me start by saying that our stay was pleasant. Upon arrival the room took a bit longer than expected but David helped us get our room and even gave us an upgrade it was awesome he sent some extra presidentes too (beers) the food at buffet and service aren’t the best but it was ok. We booked dinner for every night with our personal concierge. Entertainment was top notch we had waterpark during the day it’s a 5-7 minutes walk tho. They do activities by the pool and beach area that was also fun and at night they have shows at the theatre and singing and karaoke by the plaza also by the lobby and the have a club it was big and good music. I would recommend it and if you do excursions they have reasonable prices go to Coco Chinel he won’t let you down he’s serious about his job and is very accommodating. My favorite bar was at the second lobby next to buffets. The Japanese cuisine was memorable and we had Peter as our chef he was friendly and fun also a great chef. It’s a 40 mins drive from airport but we took it as an opportunity to look around it went fast.

Overall the property is really nice just the food wasn’t all that restaurant food was okay but the service sucks. The water park is okay feel like it needs to be cleaner just like the pool itself on the resort. But the resort itself is nice!

The room needs some major update and also the food selection was very limited. We missed all the live shows because our dinner reservations was really late because all the time were already booked by others that came before us. There was mold all over the frame of the bed. The vents were dirty and also moldy. The sliding door was broken. The bedsheets were not changed, they were only made with the same bedsheets. Towels weren’t always provided. Same as toilet paper. I constantly had to ask for items. People were not always friendly or helpful.
