We came here for a girls trip and had the absolute best time ever. This was our second time at the resort and will be back. Shout out to the entertainment staff (Hector, Bubalu, Jose, Mauro, Warderson, Ezequeil and Ang) for making the trip so much fun. The staff at the buffets, bars, front desk and even the pool staff were amazing. The food was exceptional!

I needs a major overhaul for staff cleanliness and hospitality training. The dining restaurants are bad. The best food is at the buffet but how can you enjoy this for 7 straight days. It’s hard to get a staff to greet you and smile at you. I got diarrhea and Covid. What a terrible experience. The dining restaurants have no availability but empty when you visit

This was my second time in the Dominican Republic, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Overall, I had a wonderful experience, but I wanted to note a couple of areas for improvement. The sushi was not up to par, and I would rate the room cleaning at a 8/10. On a positive note, the entertainment was absolutely epic! The variety of shows was amazing, and I especially want to highlight Hector from the entertainment crew. He was incredibly friendly and contributed greatly to making my stay memorable. The staff and property were great EXCEPT room service food options, buffet and overall food options were ehhh/ok, not great except the restaurants BUT having to make a reservation was such a process. Also, something is deff not right with their sewage system…At multiple times around the day and property you could smell sewage. The entire Staff was amazing and cannot express how much they made the experience so worth it and the issues above tolerable.

Great Time!
The staff is what makes this place great! They were so welcoming, accommodating, friendly and just great overall. The location was amazing, the closest Bahia resort to the beach. My only downside was the alcoholic drinks. They were a super sweet and not strong. Beer was watered down as well. Disappointed that they didn’t have fresh orange juice, it tasted more like Tang lol but they did have a variety of other fresh juices available. My family of 14 had a great time. We would definitely come again!
