From kicking everyone out of the pool because someone defecated in the pool to not working ac and only buffet restaurant available.try to make a reservation on a restaurant the girl ask me how long you gonna be here. Everything about the resort was great, especially the staff they are very friendly and attentive. My only two complaints are the smell of the rooms and the food. The rooms smell too much like enclosed basements. The food tasted unseasoned.

Housekeeping left me a whole day without towel I even ask front desk and they had me waiting the whole day for it. Also reservation to the a la certe restaurant are near impossible in the whole day only went to 2 and was the same the italian one wish is crazy cause I stay a whole week there also front desk lie to me about the price of extending 2 more night i called them even before landing the islands to let them know about it and they told me the price when I double check in front desk when check in they told me so not worry about but guess what when im about to check out the doble the price they told me even thought they told me that they where gonna hold the price in front desk and thru the phone the 2 nights extension was more than the whole week a stay there crazy. I files a compalin with them and expedia but they told me they will answer me in 24hr and 24hr has pass and still no answer from them or expedia

what I like about this property was the food variety, location and entertainment. What i did not like much was the room service, needs constant reminder off towers, water's quality and customer service some people were rude.

I highly recommend you to go to another resort . DONT even go to the bachata resort right next to senator. DRINKS are watered down, rooms a/c doesn’t work. Rooms are extremely hot . Better off just getting an Air bnb. Restaurant food is disgusting. The food is basically like you’re eating plastic. There’s no flavor . HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EAT OUTSIDE OF THE RESORT. we tried to switch rooms but they weren’t able to help at all. We left the resort a day before because they couldn’t fix the ac issue. Before leaving we saw 2 couples complaining about the rooms being to hot. We Really don’t know how this resort is still in business. We will never go again. We went from 07/24-26. Please don’t spend your money here . You’re better off going to punta Cana or getting an air bnb with your own 24 hour pool. The pool closes at 6pm so there’s really nothing to do after 6pm except walk around the area.
