Everything was perfect except for the influx of locals on Friday staying for the weekend. Too many rude guests on the weekenf. The dinner buffets on the weekend were over crowded. LOUD and completely smokefillled. Not pleasant

It literally seems out of a magazine, the beach is amazing and the pools are incredible too. But my favorite part was all the amazing options regarding food and the service, they were all so nice and so helpful. They have a very good team. We will be definitely back. Just now more prepared with the mosquito situation. Other than that it was amazing!

Staff specially at the feont desk try to be politically correct and smile BUT as soon as you try to place a complaint they show their true color. Once they charge that card you are no longer a preffered customer. They can get very disrespectful and nasty. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone I like. This property is a hoax. While it is a very beautiful resort and maintained very nicely the thought stops there . We enjoyed being drunk everyday for free the most . And the pool and beach were excellent as well and the BEST food was the steakhouse restaraunt & the food trucks because the buffets were disgusting and cross contamination all over by different guests of the resort and the food was the same everyday . They did not clean the rooms daily just made the bed and dropped off toiletries and towels. Never restocked the mini bar any days we were basically dehydrated most of the trip . And the biggest thing was they had 24 hour restaraunt and pub but the resort is so huge you can’t actually walk anywhere you need a trolley to get around and they were not coming lots of hours at night. And the first day we arrived there was not any washcloths in the room or lotion and the tub was filthy and chipping paint i cleaned it myself as well as the shower with soap scum on the shower head . Other than that the staff was very friendly oh and we did not have 24 hour room service like they promote they tried to charge 10$ for French fries because we’re not platinum even though when booking it doesn’t specify being platinum or not to have access to room service . Me personally and my husband would never stay here again . Great atmosphere but very chaotic and not well thought out .

I didn’t like how long it would take to address a few issues like Room wasn’t ready bc it wasn’t totally cleaned, bc There was lipsticks in the shaped of a mouth on the sofa seat and armrest not cleaned from the previous booking and garbage was behind a chair on the floor. The room was full of mosquitos and when we just arrived we tried to get some fast food at their truck station and they was all out causing us to endure a meal somewhere else and hours or so later. You could not get to eat
