The pools were gorgeous and two, uncrowded. The stay only came with one sit down dinner and the rest, buffet. I didn’t spend a lot so I guess I got what I paid for.

The room was very clean, the hotels are beautiful and huge. They also plan lots of different activities throughout the day, we loved that. The beach was clean. The night buffet was very good and offered a variety of foods, however, the desserts and other restaurants were just ok when it came to taste/seasoning. I think the food could be better.

Entertainment team was excellent. Shows were terrible. Music was unbearably loud (92-95 db as per apple watch). Schedule for shows at the advertised time never happened. Specialty restaurants were great (we went to 7 of them). House-keeping was so-so (broken ceiling fan, plugged toilet, no bathroom towels, face cloths). No beach towels, had to wait 1-2 hours most days. Never going back.

Layout of the property is awkward in a long strip so waiting on shuttles to get around is frustrating (or you are walking a lot). There were never towels at the pool EVER (I ended up taking the baby towels from the gym) and food at the Isla was atrocious. For the money head to Mexico. I would not return to this resort. Check in was terrible - we waited an additional hour past the normal check-in time. Here are a few things I loved: The Spa was WONDERFUL and the self serve coffee machines were great! For an all-inclusive the food and drink options were just not enough. There was no diet soda at all at this resort. What. The. Heck. I lost weight on this trip. At an all-inclusive resort. I lost weight. Punta Cana is beautiful but for the money you get SO MUCH MORE for less in Mexico.

I enjoyed my stay here! I brought my two children to Bahia, to celebrate their birthdays. They truly enjoyed themselves. I felt very safe on the property. I really loved the "trains" that picked up the guests at various stops around the property, to help us get from place to place. I thought that was a GENIUS idea! The pool areas were nice, we frequented them daily. And we even played volleyball on the beach for a few hours, with a group of strangers, which was so fun! :-) I would definitely visit again!

Yes We had to call multiple times for cleaning the room For towels Coffee We were also given two double beds instead of queen or king as requested People could not Understand our request and at times we felt like even though they understood English they kept speaking in Spanish Will not recommend this to anyone People are rude and all the time asking for tips No tip poor and late service Each ride from the room to the Buffett or event required a tip in US Dollars.

This place was ok , fair price. Food was ok not great. The restaurants all full when we arrived. Had to have cafeteria dinner every single day. That got old. I guess use my review to plan ahead and book I guess months in advance. Who thinks of that idk but yeah.
