My only complaint was when we checked in we we’re under the impression that we booked the adult only side, but we are booked on the Family side so we had to pay an additional $1395 for 5 nights to upgrade. Totally worth it because they have much better restaurants, grounds, and more chill. Just double check if you book so you don’t end up with a very expensive surprise. It happened to other people we met on the trip also. Besides that, everything could not have been better. "
