The room was clean. They couldn't give me a room with a king bed. That was a big let down in my book. Points deducted. Grounds are beautiful. Staff was nice. Lobby smelled good. Beach club was the highlight.

Smaller, intimate resort. We went during the shoulder season so it wasn’t too crowded and enjoyed our time. We got food poisoning mid way our trip. Raw fish and dairy weren’t kept in enclosed fridge (i.e., bottom panel is cold but they are left in the open air and buffet area gets very hot due to cooking station). Stay away from eating anything raw like ceviche and dairy if you have sensitive digestive system. Overall great stay.

Mi reciente estadía en Zel Punta Cana fue, sinceramente, perfecta, viajar solo a un resort todo incluido puede ser a veces un poco impersonal, pero en este caso fue todo lo contrario. ¡No quería irme! La razón principal de esta calificación y de mi deseo absoluto de repetir no es solo la belleza de las instalaciones, sino la calidad humana y la profesionalidad de todo el equipo. Desde el momento en que llegué, me sentí genuinamente bienvenido. Quiero hacer una mención especial al gerente, Alexis López cuya atención al detalle y liderazgo es evidente en cada rincón del hotel, se nota que su equipo está motivado y trabaja con una pasión increíble. Cada interacción, desde el personal de recepción, el.concierge Raphy, los camareros en los restaurantes, los bartenders en resumidas cuentas todo el personal, fue de atención de primera, me hicieron sentir como un huésped VIP y, más importante aún, como si estuviera visitando amigos. Esa calidez hizo que mi viaje en solitario se sintiera como un refugio. Definitivamente repetire esta experiencia. Gracias Zel Punta Cana 😉

I had an amazing experience during my stay at ZEL Punta Cana. From the moment I arrived, the front desk service was outstanding. I want to highlight Rafael Beras, who ensured that my check-in process was fast, smooth, and welcoming. I was given a room with direct pool access, and it was absolutely incredible. The hotel amenities exceeded my expectations. The food and drinks were excellent, and the overall quality of the services was top-tier. During dinner, I had the pleasure of meeting Alexis López, who truly elevated my stay. His personalized attention, professionalism, and eye for detail made the experience even better—especially knowing I was celebrating my birthday weekend. Thank you to the entire team for making this a memorable stay. I will definitely be coming back!

The room was beautiful, looked out over the pool. Had a jacuzzi tub inside and one on the balcony. There was a dining area and a sitting room. The staff was friendly and courteous, especially Florinda, Priscilla, Milo, Luis, Ricardo, and our conceirge, Raphy.

Staff really stood out they’re extra helpful. The service was outstanding Andres was sort of our butler and he was very attentive and helpful. He booked all of our restaurant reservations. Arisleidys was very attentive to us in the buffet. The grounds are very nice palm trees everywhere which I really like. It’s a small resort but with a lot of walking grounds it’s not hard to get anywhere around the resort which is good since you don’t have to walk much. The food is good just wish they had somewhere to get food after 3am. I enjoyed my stay very much. Btw the drinks are very good!!!! The lobby bar had my favorite bartenders.

Una excelente y encantadora experiencia. El Spa AUA es una maravilla, un cálido recibimiento por Genesis y una fina atención de parte de Micaela. Además, nuestros Hots Alvaro y Andres nos trataron de maravilla. Siempre atentos y brindadonos y trato preferencial. En el bar y los Buffets nos atendió Leticia con un trato humano y exquisito. 1,000 x 1,000 recomendado.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient as it is just a 15 minutes drive. The hotel itself is very clean, looking new and the staff is really outstanding. The food is great and available most of the time. You definitely want to experience the steakhouse and the japanese Haibatchi at least once during your stay. I strongly recommend.

The rooms we got to stay in was pool front and was very clean and spacious. The staff would always greet us and make us feel seen and were all extremely polite. All you can eat selections in the dining room setting was remarkable, I couldn't decide what to choose feeling like a big kid. From day time bike rides, to night time wine and paint, there was so much to do. I will be recommending all my family and friends to Zel, in Punta Cana, it was home away from home. Thank you to the amazing staff that made our food and coffee and the ones that we didn't see behind the scene, you guys made a life time memorable experience we will never forget and we hope to see everyone again real soon.
