"Great resort"

"We just got back from spending 9 glorious days and 8 nights at this resort. It was our first AI resort experience. We were not left disappointed. We initially reserved our honeymoon room being privileged guests which gives you more perks at the resort but while there we upgraded to exclusive members and we’re so happy we did. The service from the staff at this resort is top notch! We are looking forward to coming back and hopefully seeing familiar faces. Karla, you went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and our special celebrations were truly made special. They are lucky to have you with their excellent team. Xavier, you were so kind and patient and helpful. Thank you. Nestor, always greeted us with a smile and made sure we were happy. His smile and happy demeanor is contagious. Meyrli out on the beach, serving us cocktails, and juices always made sure we were left without wanting. She was so attentive. Andreas, the bartender at BLoved was so great. As with the others, he always greeted with a smile, and made sure we were ok. One evening, we came down for our romantic dinner, which wasn’t ready due to rain, he saw I was upset, he rushed over to my husband and I with our drinks that we had been ordering. He knew what we liked, and what we needed. That kind of care and attention is priceless. Food selection is amazing and delicious. Other than the lobster soup in the grill, that was gross and their seabass. Only complaint is the time waiting for order to be "

"I really liked everything, especially the service and staff. The only thing that bothered me was that the hostel doesn't monitor people smoking in non-designated areas."

"This hotel is nice and the food was very good. Very clean property with very attentive nice staff. The only thing is it can be a far walk to the lunch buffet near the pool bar but other than that this hotel is very nice. I would stay here again. "

"I liked everything was convenient to my family , I did not like ,about some of the staff did not know what is the meaning of an autistic person, how to be kind and friendly with the disable non verbal person. May be more direction and more coaching or training to staff about the autistic guests . It will be much appreciated . Thank you for offering the chance to express my feeling . "
