We originally booked a different hotel in Tulum that was not safe. We last minute booked to stay here. They upgraded our room, luxury spa, and treatment. Helped us get a car to explore the town and easy pick up for excursions.

Me and wife really liked the property and pool access from our room was awesome! Food was good and sometimes great. One thing that upset us was that we were accused of damaging their sofa and the hotel wanted to charge us $200! What saved us was that my wife had take. Video of the room when we arrived! So please do the same…look for any damages and stains or report it right away when you arrive. Also, the Taxis rates are stupidly high! We like to get out and enjoy the city and this kept us from going out more often.

This rrsort is full of wild animals that come right into your room. The amell of the rooms is totally umexceptable mold and mildew is bad. Room service cost extra and has a very basis menu. Not handicapped friendly

My partner and I don’t fancy ourselves as resort people. But boy, we had a great time here. Yes, it could be loud. It was definitely a party place. But the pool nearest our room was very quiet. We got into a nice routine of getting breakfast lounging by our pool, having dinner at one of the restaurants and an evening walk on the beach. It was quite lovely. I will say the food was okay. Being in Mexico we really wanted to experience authentic food. Even the Mexican restaurant on campus was not very good. They seem to try and cater to the palettes of travelers instead of presenting authentic food. With that being said, we would come again!

The customer service was poor, at the buffet they would take a while to come greet you and ask about drinks, the snack bar by the pools would not let you in with swimwear not even a dry top and bottom cover ups, it’s not all inclusive some parts of the are charge example room service and top shelf liquoir is not included unless you purchase the “platinum “ package

This resort was average compared to other resorts I’ve stayed at in the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Entertainment is offered every day of the week which was a nice benefit. Food was average. I will say I did not have any issues reserving dinners but I didn’t wait till the last minute either. They got you right in and service was always great! The rooms were very nice, but I was very disappointed with getting my mini fridge filled. I had to call to get it filled and it was dirty when I got there. I mentioned this when I called to get it filled and instead of cleaning the food that was crusted on the front of the shelf, he just flipped the shelf around. When he filled it, instead of an assortment of soda, water, beer like I’m used to at the resorts I’ve stayed at, I got almost all beer. So the next day I had to call again and request what I wanted. The next three days nothing was filled. We were upgraded to VIP suites which was nice (jacuzzi tub!), but were not able to use any of the benefits that came with the VIP room. It was still nice to be close to the beach and pools though. The biggest issue at this resort and why we will probably never return is the kodys. They steel items from bags at the pools and made it almost impossible to eat at the lunch area by the pools, as they would get on the tables and steal food off your plate! Even if you covered your bag, they would get into them! They were everywhere!

My property was great. There were many food places and entertainment factors that contributed to my experience. It was pretty cool from the MJ tribute to the hibachi restaurant to the animals walking near. The only alteration I'd make is making the rooms more modern. Some of the painted windows and walls look so old. Thanks.

This property is amazing for families traveling with younger kids. We loved that they provided beach toys so we didn't have to travel with them. The kids club and kid pool were great, my kids loved the activities and the chicken nuggets they brought out at lunch time. The restaurants were great, Miso was our favorite, they got my daughter a chocolate cake and sang to her for her bday. The staff was amazing, helpful and exceeded our expectations. The shows were great and we LOVED the kids discotec dance parties with glow paint.
