"Exceptional service. Our kids brought their own blanket and stuffed animals. The staff made up their bed by folding their special blanket perfectly on the end of the bed. They then placed their stuffed animals in the middle. Our kids loved that so much. Rooms very clean. Very helpful and kind staff. Will definitely be back. "

"Great location, less than a 10 minute walk to Old Quebec. The staff were always willing to help and at times went out of their way. The hotel has a beautiful atrium and pool area. We found the room spacious and had a great view of the city. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and maybe next time book a room with the view overlooking the pool area.
