There were problems with the elevators, when we arrived we had to use the service elevator that was very dirty. Every day there was problem with the elevators. Many times we had to use the emergence stair to go outside through construction areas. The staff did not do much to help the clients. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone else. Thank you

Staff was extremely friendly! Location very convenient for walking. However, the room was quite run down. Toilet barely flushed, leaking faucets. One of the elevators was out of service off and on the 4 days I was staying.

honestly my first stay ever in montreal it’s self, and this hotel was so clean and convenient and comfortable. i 100% recommend going. the front desk was amazing help and everything went smoothly

Central location in the core of the city. Check-in was simple and easy. There are only 2 elevators, and one was out of service, causing lots of long wait times, especially at checkout.

The check-in process was smooth and we were offered a slightly bigger room upon check-in. We accepted it but it turned that there was a dull noise coming from the walls (possibly the elevator?). They did allow us to switch rooms the next day but we had already settled into our existing room and chose not to move. We did have access to a "balcony" but we didn't use it considering it was cold out. The balcony might be nice in the summer. The bed was clean and comfortable. The safe didn't work at first and it took about two hours to get fixed, which was quite inconvenient. The shower was spacious but the shower door handle kept unscrewing. We were also stuck in the elevator for a few minutes one evening which isn't the best experience for anyone who is claustrophobic! Check-out process was also smooth but the young female attendant was talking to her colleague while checking us out and completely got side tracked mid-sentence while talking to us. We would probably opt out of this hotel during our next trip to Montreal.
