I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with mobility issues. Multiple elevators and stairs from parking to rooms. Our experience was impacted by the hotel employees being on strike and the hotel staff still working didn't do much to alleviate our disappointment with the service. Due to the strike, the hotel restaurant was closed and rooms were not being cleaned. Hopefully they do do better when employees are not on strike.

Great location, walking, bixie bikes, metro Located down straits easy to get around. Fantastic pool, jacuzzi, beautiful lobby, enjoyed the gym. Room was great, except mattress (for me). TV difficult to operate. Instructions would have been better. Beautiful hotel!! Enjoyed are stay, Merci ✨

What a great team inside and outside the hotel. There was a strike going on and everyone was kind and thoughful. On the picket line we had someone direct us to a pharmacy for my son's alergy medicine. Inside our breakfast was upgraded. The hotel was clean and all staff where lovely. I taught my kids what a strike is and the importance of open communication.

The pool is the star of the show. The room was clean - no complaints there. The WIFI was terrible. The hallways made me feel like I was in The Shining. Regardless, it was quite clean and the staff were nice for the most part (I didn’t love my check-in experience, but other than that, staff was very nice). Considering there was a strike, they kept things running quite smoothly. The place just needs a little Botox in some areas - a little pick me up. Would I go back? Yes, if I could get a room as close as possible to the pool.

Great location to walk everywhere!
This was our second stay at this hotel. The downtown location is perfect to walk everywhere. We also love the heated pool and hot tub. The beds are very comfy and the staff are very helpful. We will come again! Thank you.
