Very clean establishment. Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Staff were super friendly. Good breakfast included. Close to downtown and the subway making it easy to travel without driving. Can walk to most places within 20-30 mins in downtown. Would recommend staying here in the future! Thank you to all the amazing staff!

Our first room was in the basement. Do NOT book these rooms! They were extremely noisy with overhead traffic and clean but run down. However, the staff were vrry professional and polite when we asked to change our room, and did so as soon as one was available. Our second room on the 4th floor was lovely! Book only upper floors.

The building was beautiful and appreciated the antiques. Front desk clerk was mediocre told us what time they served breakfast and of the mini bar in our room. When we arrived in our room to find out there was nothing in the fridge not even water. Their breakfast is very plain - walked away on an empty stomach.
