It's very spacious, but dated and grubby. I never went for the free breakfast, so I can't comment on that. It was huge after our teeny tiny room in Quebec City.

Good value for the price
Good value for the price. Room was clean and pleasant, but a bit outdated, as expected for the price. The only negative point is the breakfast. I would have appreciated a bit of vegetables. It was very 'beige'. Customer service was excellent and very friendly.

So so hotel.......
Hotel's location is really convenient as its close to Chinatown and downtown. The rooms are very outdated and feel a bit dirty. You essentially get what you pay for with this hotel.

This hotel has a secured front door and friendly staff. The rooms could use some updating but the beds were comfortable and clean. Our fridge was leaking right after we check in and Serge from maintenance came quickly to service it and ended up swapping out the whole fridge within minutes (it was a pretty impressive party trick)! It was very easy to get around from this location. My friends and I agree that we would stay there again!

The company is doing the absolute bare minimum which is a shame because the staff are so nice, but there should be more of them. Only ever two people on the desk and they are probably only just old enough to legally work there. Also, it's a very dated property, resulting in it not being very clean. The bedroom and bathroom have tiny flies appearing from nowhere and there are very old stains on the carpet.

We picked this hotel as it had a kitchenette. When we got to the room there was a sign saying to call front desk if you need cutlery or utensils. When I called down they said they do not have anything. What is the point of a kitchenette if the only difference is a bigger fridge and microwave. Not even wine glasses in the room like how every other hotels has.

Our suite was sizeable and comfortably appointed, and the basement parking area had good-sized spaces, which is unusual for Montreal. However, the property looks as if it isn't in as good shape as it used to be. The mattress was sunken in and there were stains on the bathroom grout. Also, it wasn't cleaned or maintained properly. The air conditioning was broken, there was a light switch that wouldn't turn one light on, and another light that wouldn't turn off. There was used tissue on the bathroom floor when we first came in, and there was someone else's ice cream left in the freezer. Finally, the kitchenette that came completely without dishes, pots, or utensils. You had to ask to be equipped. That just feels like a cheap final play for what should be a much nicer hotel.

Room was dirty. Used towels were in the bathroom still hanging up on the shower rod. Hair was on the bathroom counter/sink. The toilet was broken - either didn’t flush or water run the whole time. Floors were sticky to walk on. Fridge also should be replaced.

Montréal Trip
The front desk staff, specifically Rashida and Jean-Jacques, were just fantastic. They provided all of the information about Montréal that we needed and just made our stay at the hotel a very pleasant one all around. Bravo to them and other staff.
