First I would like to recognize Ricardo behind the desk, who checked us in on the first day of the strike and seemed to be working a 24-hour shift. Well done! Enjoyed our stay. The room was nice with modern renovations and parking was good. I enjoyed the neighborhood with a short walk to the Metro. The breakfast was also very nice.

Helpful staff. Great location. Spacious rooms. The one issue was air conditioning was in the sitting room and not in the bedroom. Upon request, the hotel provided a fan. Parking was under the hotel, but difficult to navigate into on arrival.

Property was good overall. The key card kept getting deactivated which would result in us getting stuck outside room or elevator. Constantly had to get key card reset. Front desk was helpful though and so we're other staff. I believe they know it's an issue. Other than that, it's close proximity to Chinatown and other main Montreal make it a great stay. I would stay here again. The rooms are very large. Great for families.

We chose this hotel for the location, which was walking distance from Old Montreal. Parking was available, but it was a separate lot which took some effort to locate (to be fair, the instructions from the clerk at the desk were clear...it was just a lot of turns in an unfamiliar area). Our room was likely a refurbished apartment - 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The layout was great for us, but the furniture was limited and what was there is old. Beds were comfy, though. There was not a single utensil or item of glassware in the unit, and when we followed instructions to ask at the front desk we were given disposable everything. No cleaning supplies in the kitchen, I guess we didn't need them since we were throwing everything away. Seemed like a work in progress, and though we likely will not stay there again I hope that they can complete the necessary work to make this a welcoming hotel for small groups or families.

Our stay at Hôtel Faubourg was amazing, especially for the price! All of the staff whom I interacted with were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was really nice. The room was very clean, quiet and spacious. The underground parking was plentiful. Thank you to the staff for making our stay a great experience!
