I’ve stayed here many times for business . This is the most of ever paid and yet there restaurants were closed . I depend on dinner and breakfast in my hotel when working - I should have been advised of this . My room was dark - my desk light didn’t work , my coffee maker didn’t work and no one answered the phone to assist me . I will be complaining to someone higher up as I got no help from the hotel - really bad stay

For such a huge property which charges such a huge amount for one night, the amenities provided are minuscule. They do not have fridge in rooms. Charge $10 per night for microwave.

The check in process was quick and simple. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable with a proper black out sliding curtain as not to be awoken by the light. Only concern was that you can hear other doors slam shut at times but overall a good place to stay. I'd stay again.
