It would have been a nice gesture to have turned the heat on in our room before we checked in, we checked in to a room that had an ambient temperature of 15 degrees Celsius ! Also, it would be good practice for hotels to offer alternatives to down feather pillows and duvet comforters as my wife is allergic to feathered bedding !

Room and bathroom were cleaned every day, and they did a really good job. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful. The in-room TV even had a HDMI cable (this is the only way to stream anything). The location is also convenient if you're driving - we never spent more than 30 mins getting to Old Montreal and other touristy places in peak traffic.
