Located in south central New Jersey, Mount Laurel is a historic Quaker community with roots in the pre-revolutionary period in the United States. Although very little of the original town remains, travelers can visit the Friends Meeting House, the Old Town Hall and Jacob's Chapel, which was a stop on the Underground Railroad during the Civil War.
