Our stay at Bally’s Towers was nice. Nice location and amenities. I didn’t like that the pool was for adults only, considering I had children with me. But other than that it was nice.

In general it’s an okay hotel. Stay away from the Denis Tower. Made that mistake but was upgraded to a suite for a small charge. Great location on the boardwalk.

There was 1 black girl at the checkout/checkin desk, who was very nasty. She was dark skin and had her hair up. I walked away from her and went to another cashier who was Asian and very professional.

The room was spacious enough, except for closet space to hang clothing. We would have liked a microwave in the room. I'll remember that for our next visit. The bed was very comfortable, as was the room temperature. We like the location of the hotel and casino. The parking garage is well lit and there is an inside ramp from there to the hotel. I enjoy the games and machines available at Bally's.
