I stayed in the atrium rooms.There was a high pitch screaming noise coming from the room that would sound every couple of hours. I complained about it and no one came to check it out instead they asked me if I was near the elevator I told them no ….you know what their response was?? “well I don’t know.” Tried to call and tell them my wifi wasn’t working, I was put on hold for hours and then I was eventually told that I needed to go to the front desk to see if someone could help me because they couldn’t connect me to anyone at the front desk. The rooms had a nasty draft so imagine having to put the heat on in your hotel room in the middle of the summer. This place is a joke. 0/10

Not enough parking, drove the lot for 30 mins looking for a spot. booked a room with 2 double beds and they told us the only thing they had was one king bed when we checked in and there was no other option. went for the pool after dark and had to wait in an almost 2 hour line and missed part of the show since security kept holding people up just to yell at them and stopping the entire line.
