Had a clean and comfortable room. Staff was was cordial and efficient. Room service was handled like Doordash instead of traditional service. All the extra fees, taxes, push for EXTRA tips made this service unnecessarily expensive while removing some convenience by delivering items individually in different containers and shopping bags. This model should have been a savings for the client instead of additional expense. $50.00 for 2 eggs, sausage, home fries, toast, coffee for one person?
