Having to pay $25/day for parking was fairly ridiculous given the fact that the room was subpar. The AC couldn’t be turned off so it was cold the entire stay. There was no fridge or microwave in the room which should be at least semi standard for most rooms imo. Staff was okay but always seemed to be frazzled or as if they just didn’t want to be there. Breakfast was also apparently charged too but we never had any given the previous reviews stating that it wasn’t anything special to pay for. Would definitely never book here again.
The hotel was falling apart. There were stains in the carpets, pieces of tile at the pool were broken. The walls had cobwebs in the corners, stains, & peeling wallpaper/paint. The parking was very disappointing & expensive. $25 a night just to end up parking in a make shift parking spot is outrageous. The first night was the worse as I circled around the building for 20 minutes before spelling with someone at the front desk. Her first suggestion was to wait for the staff to leave in another 10 minutes which was not ideal because I had already been waiting 20 minutes. 10 minutes after that an employee directed me to park somewhere but I was not at ease with the location because I was afraid my car would be towed.
we had to wait about 1 hour to check into our room, only allowing us to have a few hours of sleep before needing to leave for the airport.

The room had a musty smell and I noticed condensation on the window. The heat was inconsistent. I did not see any extra blankets. I also didn’t realize that this room had no microwave or refrigerator. I have stayed at other Doubletree locations. I will not choose this location again. However, the staff was friendly despite a computer system error. They handled the problem and the people they were serving very professionally. They should be commended.
My initial room was very very dusty. It looked like it hadn't been occupied for several months, there was so much thick white dust everywhere. I asked to change rooms and the room i was moved to was much better.

Staff was rude and appeared to not care. App was useless for digital tickets. I felt the entire interaction by front counter staff to be rude and terrible and the app not friendly to help avoid dealing with the rudeness of your staff. Either train staff or update app to allow all things to be done without having to deal with the front.
Their was only one staff member checking guests in and there were about 20 people in line. There was a manager on duty but he did nothing to appease the guests that were waiting in line and was not apologetic. Also, the sports bar was packed and there was only one server so I left after waiting for about 15 minutes. I will not be staying here again.
