Strange arrangement in that there are effectively two lobbies, one small plain one on the ground floor and another larger one that requires an elevator to ascend to. The waiting area in this second floor lobby is OK but to not have restroom facilities available at that level is not very good. I had to ask for a special key to travel 12 floors to a restroom on the penthouse level. That is poor.

The bathroom was quite small, terrible sink and faucet, it was poorly positioned too far away from the bowl left no hand room and with super low water pressure coming out of the faucent itself, it just exacerbated the issue. Very hard to wash your hands, brush your teeth. the little trickle of water coming out, got all over the counter. Shower was just fine. Everything else was adequate.

The room size did not match the description advertised. Very small space and tiny bathroom. Additionally, the “king bed” advertised was two twins pushed together. That’s unacceptable for a couple.

Loved this place. Quiet room and wonderful coffee machine in the lobby capable of making cappuccinos! Also free refillable bottled water on each floor. Wonderful employee named Dermot checked us in and made us feel welcome.

The staff was all very nice. The room was awesome with high ceilings and big windows. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but everything else was great. I appreciated the free filtered water available as well as the coffee options. Good restaurants are within walking distance. The parking, however, is expensive as heck.
