Upon checking in I received a room key to another guest room from the front desk . As entering the room there was another guest in the room that was given to me . It was embarrassing.

There was a dog barking at midnight and kids screaming at 3:30 in the morning. Also, the breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel made me sick. Housekeeping never came to the room during my stay. The place deserved 0 stars.

The room was ok, little outdated. I was very upset about when we checked in about 9:30/ 10pm, there was no carts available for our luggage and belongings and I do not know why that was bc it was dead in there. Only 1 person at the front desk, also leaving was the same issue!! The room locked when leaving we had to make multiple trips back and fourth. The tub would also fill up to your ankles when the shower was on. There was also no hairdryer in the bathroom. Staff was extremely loud waking us up in the morning banging the doors open and closed, talking and laughing I opened the door to see what was going on. Very unprofessional

Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. I found a staun in my sheets, and no blankets in the room. The rooms have been renovated, but seems they skipped out on the little things such as blankets/comforter, regular size pillows (pillows seemd kid size, and no bed decor. Also, ppl were running up and down the hallway, not sure if it was kids or not.

Presentation was good but when I got to the room the bed was made with flatsheets so the flatsheet kept on coming off the bed. I asked to pick up the dirty towels they came in a bought clean towels and never picked up the dirty ones other then that it was a good stay . The buffet was not all that .

I booked a standard room but it was large and very comfortable, clean, good beds, powerful shower (most hotels have a lousy sprinkler type shower). It was my 2nd stay and shall come back again.
