We have stayed here plenty of times and it never disappoints! We did notice that the room we booked, which was supposed to be a king size bed (we book the same type of room every time we visit), was actually a queen sized bed. Everything else was great though

At check-in, we were greeted by Christopher. He was AMAZING the entire stay. He asked what we were trying to do. He literally mapped out our entire weekend, including transportation (without the everyday Uber/Lyft). Recommendations were all what we asked for! Bartender staff-Mary & Christian ended our first night with good conversation, laughs, a hometown feel and real “pretty” drinks! Raphael was our Saturday night server at the restaurant, (and Christian as the bar tender). He gave us great conversation and additional recommendations for the evening. The breakfast buffet was the best meal! It was the grits 😋 My only downfall was the outdated room. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Just outdated. The customer service of the hotel staff out ways the outdated room. I would stay here again & again! Thank-you!

The room was fine although a shirt from a previous customer was found in the room. The hotel is quiet and in a convenient location. The parking validation process needs to be clearer as the front desk reminds you to validate with them and then a separate validation system reminds you to validate with it. The front desk was annoyed I had validated more than once.

We chose this location because it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. However, the weekend we went and we stayed for five nights the hospitality staff had a strike. They started at 7 AM in the morning, not allowing us to sleep in. There was no continental breakfast. There was no housekeeping and when I called the front desk because one of our lights wasn’t working and one of the handles from the drawer fell off they told us someone would come up, but they never did. Unfortunately, we did not get our room cleaned and we had to ask for towels and our used towels piled up. If they were fully staffed, would I stay there again probably not. The bathrooms were pretty small. The room were dated and for the price I paid for five nights, not worth it,

People at the desk were fine but the rooms are lacking. Bed was horrible. My sheets were too small for the bed. There was a union protest that was outside the hotel for 3 days from 7am to 8 pm screaming and beating on drums. For what I paid per night for this room it should have better accommodations. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Also you don’t get a discount for parking if you stay here which is crap.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. It’s a great location in Philly and we like that we can park right next to the hotel in the parking garage. Our room also had a view of the Ben Franklin bridge. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
