Room was good ....some of the counters should have been wiped down better...we found potato chip crumbs on the night stand and main desk.....coffee pot was also dirty and the handle for the bathroom door was very loose.

One of the better properties I have resided at in Atlantic City. One of the escalators were down but was not an inconvenience as the elevators were no more than 25 feet away. I would recommend this property to others and was one of the better places in the area.

It’s a bit of a trek from the self parking garage to the lobby for checking in and out. Smoke smells can be quite strong at times as you pass through despite not being near the smoking sections. The on site Hard Rock Cafe needs significant improvement with their service levels. Worst experience of our stay. If you decide to eat there, please check out the reviews before doing so which may save you some time in deciding whether or not it’s worth it. Otherwise the hotel itself was great and had a decent amount of things to do onsite or nearby.

The energy and vibe were very good. Very convenient access to the boardwalk and beach. I'm a smoker, so it was good that there were some designated smoking areas. Restrooms were not very far to travel to. I live in Maryland, but this beats all the casinos I've been to in Maryland. I will be returning soon. Thank you for the good time

The room was not at all representative of the rest of the property. It was dirty (you could visibly see food crumbles on the carpet) and smelled funny. I won’t be staying there again unless they renovate the rooms to match the common areas of the hotel. Absolutely not worth the price
