Very nice view from the roof top pool. Very polite and welcoming staff, definitely recommended to my friends for a nice quiet get away. Hope to go back soon.

Stayed there for 2 nights. We loved the hotel, but the room was freezing since the outside temperature was chilly. So, we asked the front desk about it; they informed us that the thermostats at the hotel were preset for summer. They provide us with blankets. We left the hotel at 11pm the last night since the room was too cold.

The property was in a very convenient location. The staff especially the concierge gave exceptional service. Amenities including the lounge, pool and fire pit area were great. The room was clean and spacious. The only complaint I had was our room door along with the other doors on the floor were a bit noisy/squeaky. I would recommend this hotel

There was a rat in my room. I called the front desk, and the staff did not even apologize about the issue. It was horrable. They changed my room but the room was not clean and the hanger in the bathroom was broken. I would give 0 if I could. Do not stay here.

Average hotel. Nothing super special. Sheets, towels and pillows had stains. Water was too hot in the shower and couldn’t be adjusted so I had to bathe at the sink. Check in was easy though. Staff were nice. The “VIP Access” was a $13 drink at the hotel bar which was the bartender made sure she pointed out “not to spend anything over that amount” lol oh and the bathroom floor had tons of pink bacteria which needs to be addressed ASAP!

Great stay! Must be honest the noise from motorcycles & speed racing ruins the vibe. Otherwise amazing time! If you need sleep & rest this may not be the place for you. Being downtown Philly is nice but the noise is not!

The property was amazing. Had a wonderful time with my boyfriend. We enjoyed our room and how friendly the staff were. We also enjoyed the scenic views from the rooftop/pool. The gym was modern looking and had the perfect amount of equipment to get a quick workout in. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Philly.
