Staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even had essentials available of all sorts if you forgot something (hair tie, brush, toothpaste..). Very thoughtful establishment! Loved the E-bike rental opportunity too-it was fun! I will say the only drawback was location to Tokyo where most ventures and tourist activities were; Ubers were about 30 minute trips and train was about 60 minutes to get there. "
