The Nepalese girl helped me check in because they have a very unique machine to check-in guests and I was initially confused. She was super friendly, patient and kind as it was my 1st time. The check out Agent was also very nice as well but the Rooftop Deck is the coolest feature at this property. The location is second to none with train access, cabs and many restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for my last 2 nights in Tokyo before my flight back home. Such a nice, clean, brand new hotel! Staff are do nice and helping. Chcek-in was with machine but staff helped me too. There is a tally cafe in a few walk. But there is only a family mart 10 minutes walk which was a bit uncomfortable compare to my other 3 hotels in Japan. Very close to the train station. You can take mono rail to tokyo so very accessible.

This hotel is very convenient for the airport. It is just steps away from the airport monorail and one stop from the international terminal. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable.
