Everything was wonderful about this hotel...staff very attentive and friendly, room is clean, spacious and the balcony overlooking the theme park was a plus. Enjoyed watching the ferries wheel change color and design every 15 minutes. Breakfast was amazing! Conveniently located to the train station and shopping. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Gorgeous hotel and excellent location! The rooms are a pretty good size, but we had a third bed so it was a little more tight. Hotel staff is very kind and check in and out was very easy. And the views…. 😍. I booked a room facing the bay and Cosmo World was directly outside. Totally worth it!

The view from the balcony was incredible. The breakfast and the cocktail hour were also fabulous. The hotel was convenient to almost everything you could want or need.

The room was awesome! We had a large room with plenty of room for 3 adults. The bathroom was beautiful and roomy with a beautiful view of the amusement park across the street. We also had a balcony that overlooked the park. Shopping was walkable with a variety of shops. Train to Chinatown was downstairs with a direct route. All in all a super hotel!!

My wife and I originally booked the hotel for 2 nights but had to extend for another 2 nights due to our cruise departure being delayed by a typhoon. The hotel was able to accommodate us and we stayed in the same room as booked. The room was clean, spacious and overlooked the bay woth a gorgeous view. The room came with slippers, Pajamas, ropes and plenty of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tooth brush and paste, etc.). We book the room with buffet breakfast and the food was plentiful, good quality and wide selection (western/American, Japanese). This is a 5 star hotel with resonable price. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

A perfect place to stay if you are new traveling Japan. Everything you need is nearby hotel, transport to/from Narita or Haneida Airport were accessible via Limousine Bus or train. I could have stayed here longer, maybe next time.

Great service and staff but rooms are not worth the money. The hotel itself is quite outdated and needs a bit of an upgrade. I think you could stay in nicer places for the same price nearby. The view is nice & access to shops is good. Also note that not all rooms include access to the pool, this info was hidden away in fine print when we booked specifically with a pool in mind. We had to pay a lot extra to use it so be wary of this.
