Comfortable spacious room. Great staff. Fantastic shrine to visit on the doorstep and short walk from the train station. The breakfast could be a bit better but good variety.

Was told prior that there was a shuttle from airport, got there and found out the shuttle did not run until after 1800 (6PM)! Address on map was confusing and cost me a taxi ride of $30.00 to go to the wrong Hotel, then another taxi ride to correct Hotel. An address on your receipts and literature would be helpful and less costly for customers!

Location to the Haneda Airport is fine. Air vent in the comfort room has to be cleaned well. Also the carpet has to be vacuumed especially near the window. Great staff.
