Stayed here for the last few days of our trip since it was a stop or two from the airport. Property was great and it wasn't too bad to get to other areas in Tokyo since there's a station within about a minute walk from the hotel.

Everyone is very nice and can speak English. You can leave bags in the lobby before and after check out if you have to kill time before your flight leaves. Very quiet but close to many restaurants and stores.
