Brilliant quality - perfect for airport
We only stayed the night before our flight but it was such a luxurious and comfortable stay! Highly recommend for anyone flying in or out of Haneda. Room was excellent - super comfy bed, air con quiet, excellent bathroom and facilities available. Wife said it had the best hairdryer out of the 4 Japan hotels we stayed in! Excellent free shuttlebus to the airport - just 15mins to terminal 3. Also try Juicy Burger down the road for your evening meal!

Loved our stay here. The staff was amazing. Everything was clean and beautiful. You are right on a busy street but it is silent in your room. Breakfast was delicious and so many choices both Japanese and Western. Would absolutely stay here again. Great hotel and staff. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

This hotel was nice. My room was beautiful. If you like heated toilet seats this place has them. Not my thing but it was ok. The bed was comfy. I think my only negative was the restaurant. The breakfast was pretty good, but when I came for dinner everything I ate was mid. It might have been because I came right at the end of dinner time so maybe try eating earlier. Getting to the airport from here was super easy. Overall I was glad I chose this hotel.

The Mercure is very accessible to Haneda International Airport. The train station is ~ 100m away if you use the correct station exit. Rooms are up to date. Excellent décor, a range of lighting levels, and very clean and comfortable. Hotel has a bar/restaurant. Plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby. The only thing I would nit-pick are the gym only having dumbells up to 10kg.

Highly recommend Mecure
We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

So thanks to the CrowdStrike fiasco, our flight home was cancelled. While it was great to have a few extra days in Tokyo, we had to make a last minute decision late at night about where to stay. The Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport seemed like a great choice because of the free airport shuttle, option for morning breakfast, and reasonable price. The rooms looked and felt brand new. The lobby decorations are attractive and reflect Japanese culture. The hotel bar is also attractive and offers delicious specialty cocktails. My only negative comment is that breakfast items were not replenished. The front desk staff was helpful when we kept extending our stay because of airline cancelations. The Keikyu line is a short walk making it easy to go to other neighborhoods. There are a few restaurants and all the major convenience stores within walking distance. There is also parking at the hotel and a rental car agency next door. There is a really nice lounge on the second floor where we could hang out as a family since we had 3 hotel rooms. There is also a gym. It would have been nice if there had been an ice machine and laundry facilities.
