I really like the convenience of staying here and the facilities it offers (eg., public baths, convenience stores, pools). The cleaning staff are really hardworking and cordial. I think they do a great job cleaning the small rooms. I stayed there for a total of 2 weeks. I wish that the price of the room does not change every day. One day it can be approximately 9000 yen and the next day it can be 2.5 times the price. It doesn't end up being a great deal for guests with longer stays. I will definitely come back to stay there, but I wish there were more perks for repeated customers.

I needed a hotel to stay at while I attended a university language program. I chose this one off the basis of its cost and location. However, after staying here, I can say that this hotel is fantastic! Staying in a one bed room was the perfect amount of space for just me. If you have more than one person, I’d get two beds or opt for someplace with bigger rooms. This was perfect for me though. There’s storage space under the bed where I kept my suitcases and shopping at. The bathroom was small, but not crowded. Having a convenience store in the hotel was incredibly convenient for breakfast and dinner since I could go down in my pajamas and grab something quick. Housekeeping comes every three days and makes your bed, vacuums, and restocks your amenities. Location wise, the closest station is a 3 minute walk down the road to Bashamichi Station (a very small and quiet station). Getting to Tokyo takes an hour by train, which isn’t bad at all. I was very pleased by this hotel and the check-in process was smooth and quick. Highly recommend staying here!

There was a drunken man at the crowded elevator trying to be in contact with my wife. also the computer system to check in didnot pick up my reservation from Expedia, the people attending left me alone trying on the computer for over 20 min until they decided to help me.

Waited 40 minutes in a huge line to check in. Tiny room which is normal for Japan but not for the price at this place. Shocking line at the elevator to get out the next morning. Onsen was nice but that’s about it.
