Good facilities, newer and in a good location near Yokohama Bayside, so a lot to do nearby. Room was clean, everything you need. Not luxurious of course, but good for type of room.

The whole hotel was spotless. Room was small but comfortable and clean. The hotel for some reason turned A/C off. Heat only. Our room was a little warm. Windows locked closed.

Room was extremely clean and matched pictures on Expedia’s website. Security had card in required for each floor. Check in was fast due to many available counters and machine assisted with check in with many languages. Check out was fast, only needing to drop off card into check-out boxes by elevators. Hotel is close by to minato Mirai and the station, making it a confident location.

It was very hot no air conditioner only heat. We have open the room door let the airflow from the hall way to the room. Staff only gave us the fun. I still have a week to stay in this room. No more coming back to the hotel.👎

I will never come back again. The ventilation system inside the room is unbearable-too hot. Staff said the entire building is set to heating mode. The corridor is much cooler and we are forced to open our room door to get some cool air. We can’t even sleep. The only thing that we appreciate is that the staff are helpful and friendly. They tried to help but it’s centralized system. There is nothing they can do.

I enjoyed my 2 nt stay at this hotel it was in a lovely area and convenient for cruise port ,i had a very comfortable quiet room with all facilities i required for my stay and walkable to shops and resturants in centre of Yokohama ,selection of breakfast food was excellent for various nationalities staying at hotel.i would happily stay at this hotel in future.
