"The staff were lovely! The food was great most days, some days it was mediocre. Our room was comfortable and surprisingly large! Very accommodating. The pool was clean, however they have the family pool with the bar instead of the adult pool. So adults had to go over to another pool to get drinks. Everything else was beautiful and well done!"

"Loved the roof top bar, although the drink prices were a bit expensive if you were to drink all day(we found that 3 or 4 pina coladas or bloody ceasars was quite enough for the evening) the small menu was SUPER YUMMY! , the service and staff were absolutely amazing throughout the hotel, right from check in to check out, the experience was 5 stars👏 the morning buffet was beautifully presented and absolutely great for the cost per person, not to mention you could order basically what you wished if you got the breakfast package. Mio is a gorgeous and clean well maintained hotel, will recommend to everyone we know and we WILL be back. The only drawback is i did make a personal request during booking that did seem to go unnoticed and unfulfilled, requested was a romantic evening in room for our anniversary/ my birthday(which i was more than willing to pay extra for).... HOWEVER we did find our own romantic dinner/ drinks down the road.. would have been absolutely 💯 perfect if there had been at least a bottle of cheap champagne or flower petals or something... but all in all was truly the most beautiful vacation.. thanks to all at Mio..."

"Everything was excellent: extreme attention to details, however we found the pool floor in the bar area (the only one we have been using) extremely slippery and dangerous (something has not been carefully done while renovating). Shows were quite insignificant, but at the end the service, the quality of the food and the attention of the staff will make us considering return. Absolutely."
