Customer service was excellent in all areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was as advertised, very clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to an ocean view room and enjoyed the view from the balcony over the resort and the ocean. The pool was busy but very nice and very clean. We unfortunately were not able to use the infinity pool which was a big selling point for this resort, due to the fact that we have two kids (10 and 12) and chose to spend our time with them rather than send them to the kids club. The infinity pool is for adults only, which we did not realize until we arrived. It would have been nice to have maybe one hour a morning (before most adults are up and swimming) for older children to enjoy a swim in that beautiful pool. That said, we also understand why it makes sense to designate one area as adult only, and realized that though we would have enjoyed having a swim in the infinity pool as a family, other guests would have the opposite opinion. The larger pool for families was also very nice and our kids really enjoyed it. The buffet had a really good variety of options, including an omelet bar and a quesadilla bar for breakfast. The dinners were good, we really enjoyed the Mexican and Italian restaurant options but this is a matter of preference of course. We were able to make all 7 of our dinner reservations at the time of check-in. The coffee shop was great and also always provided cold bottles of water when asked. Overall great resort

Honestly this place was amazing we absolutely loved it. But the reason I am doing 4 star is due to the food quality. The buffet was just not the best everything was either cold or the flavor was so off. And their snack bars were also not good. The best restaurant there was the grill on their non Italian night omg that food was good. We would definitely do this again.

Food choices were excellent, stuff was attentive. Gym schedule was well organized, no waiting time for use of equipment. Enough of pools for all ages, bars are good. Effortless check in and check out at a designated room for Expedia members, no wait. Special snack bar with choices of alcohol including gin, whisky, vodka and wines. Very pleasant experience!

The outdoor grounds were beautiful! Loved the adult pool with wonderful view of the ocean! The rooms and building were a little outdated. Staff were friendly and accommodating and they had fun activities daily. The food was ok, but had higher expectations based on pictures and previous reviews.

Rooms were kind of dirty bed sheets smell sweat, after a day of stay we had only had a towel for two people. Too many people in the hotel, always a little food in the cafeteria.

That's the food was really good and the grill is the best and the brownie are amazing for dessert and Asian restaurant is good too all the restaurants are good but we only had a chance to have two but we had a wonderful time and we would be coming again

Overall a nice place to stay. Food was good in taste need some seasoning. Didn’t like how we booked meals when we arrived and others booked day of and got sit in comfort of AC and less chance of getting bit by mosquito. Some guest persuade the staff to do things that are not fair to others staying at the hotel and although at same status my family and I were not treated the same. It has great views and options on the beach; but the resort needs better night life and events and shows in a more comfortable setting when it’s extremely hot or rainy.

The A/C at all the restaurants especially the buffet were not working properly. The hotel looks rundown broken floor tiles in hallways. Dripping water at the buffet from the ceiling. The omelette station outdoors under all the birds. Bird poop on the outdoor chairs at the buffet. The buffet chafers lids not working properly they were falling not staying open or self close. One lid fell in my armas I was serving my self food.i brought to their attention and for the next three days I was there nothing was done about it.

The area was safe was the only good thing but goin to the pool was overwhelming there was never place were to sit by the pool because it was over crowded,or clean towels also at night we didn’t had family place were to enjoy a drink because we had our son will get kicked out the sport bar

The property was small, a bit outdated with limited activities. The staff at the Altitude were excellent! I really enjoyed the exclusiveness of the Altitude lounge! Was able to engage with staff, fix my own alcoholic drink, Expresso and h'orderves at any time of the day. And had access to free room service 24 hrs. I was a solo travel and felt safe at all times!
