Our main concern was the housekeeping. The beds were only made once during our five-night stay. Additionally, there were too many mosquitoes; despite using an entire bottle of OFF, my son ended up with numerous bites. Despite this, I would still consider returning and recommend this place to others. However, improvements in housekeeping are necessary, especially for those with high standards or OCD. La Luca: 2 out of 5 (Poor Experience) The Vella: 5 out of 5 (Excellent) Sunan: 4 out of 5 (Great Service and Good Food) The Seasalt: 4 out of 5 (Good) Maxel: 4 out of 5 (Great Service and Good Food) The drinks were delicious, security was excellent and made us feel very safe. The beaches were pristine, and the fish were amazing. The pools were fantastic, and my son thoroughly enjoyed them. The waitstaff were friendly, approachable, and provided great service.

A decent hotel in a great location. Great beach with snorkeling and other activities . The interior of the hotel and rooms need remodeling in some places and food could be better for an all inclusive hotel but otherwise it’s a good hotel. Around 45 minutes away from the airport.

This is a great property to stay at! There are plenty of activities and lots to do just within the resort. The beach is super clean as are the facilities. Some of the rooms could use more maintenance but overall great stay. I will warn vegetarians though, the buffet had barely any vegetarian options and by day 3 I was so over it. But my husband being the meat eater he is had the time of his life! Overall great stay, will be visiting again.

This was our 4th time to PV and we chose to stay at a Hilton property given our last few experiences were either great in the food but not in property or vice versa- at the Hilton we got both. A great location, excellent food, fantastic upgraded facilities, and pristine beaches. I’m very happy with this experience.

The service was excellent. Concierge checked on us regularly. Enclave lounge was hidden gem. We had breakfast there every morning. Jorge and Jonatan were great! Sofi who checked us in at the front desk remembered our names throughout the trip. Armando at Cocomar, Guillermo at La Luce were fantastic too

Pool area restroom is unkept and always wet, stairways are super stinky and filthy. The furniture in our room is rusty and falling apart. The mini bar refrigerator wasn’t working. Our room did not get cleaned the day before we left. The location is great, the beach is semi private and clean. The views are spectacular, the staff is very helpful, friendly and professional except for the younger staff handing out the beach towels. The food is good and the waiters are always friendly and helpful.

Podría pasar por 3, llevo 30 años viniendo a Vallarta porque mi familia vive ahí y eh visitado alrededor de 20 hoteles todos con calidad extraordinaria y mejor que este. Los baños están sucios y llenos de moho. Los carritos de comida al servicio al cuarto pasan cada 30 minutos en toda la noche y el sonido te mantiene despierto toda la noche. Nos cambiaron de cuarto y la luz no servía, había una gotera en el lavabo mojó todas mis bolsas de maquillaje, ese cuarto también tenía moho en las orillas. Las orillas de la cama llenas de suciedad. Poder comer ahí es un odisea, las reservaciones comienzan a las 5 pm para el día siguiente, y a las 5:02 ya no había reservaciones a ningún restaurante. Tuvimos que salir a pagar fuera porque no había opciones para restaurantes decente en el hotel ningún, día. Tuve que ir a front desk varias veces para hacer reservaciones los demás días y solo así me ayudaron 3 de 5 días. Realmente un de las peores experiencias que eh tenido en Vallarta, busquen otros hoteles más cerca, porque también lo lejos lo hace muy inconveniente.

EXCELLENT FAMILY VACATION! Staff was so nice & helpful at all times! 1st time in Puerto Vallarta (had been to Cancun/Playa before). WEST coast was beautiful! The HILTON WAS WONDERFUL!
