The Hotel Mio is a great place to stay. The Manager Christina is great and if any concerns she is willing to help. Our TV wasn’t working and she stayed after work to personally fix the problem so we could watch Netflix in our room. Ronaldo and Miguel always greeted us and asked if we needed anything. The front desk check in were also so kind to us. Thank you Amanda and Fidel always made sure to greet us with a wave and a smile. These little gestures made us feel welcomed. Our room Christina put us in was excellent. Had a great view and was quiet. The gym is great! The pool has great cocktails and the pool gets sun!! I highly recommend this Hotel and for us this is the place to stay! Thanks Hotel Mio 🇨🇦

Always enjoy my time at Hotel Mio. I wish they had a loyalty program for people who frequent the hotel. The breakfast continues to improve with options and the women working the pool (Ale and Yessi) are fast, nice, funny and make the pool experience that much more enjoyable.

The room was in good condition and the staff were friendly. I didn't know that the hotel was under construction, so a little unpleasant listening to grinding metal and concrete when in the room during the day. Also, the street noise was loud and I can't say that I had a good night's sleep at all during the stay. I like the location of the MIO and the stay was okay!

The Hotel Mio offers first class service. Hotel manager Christina is great and her staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Fidel and Alan were so good and very helpful in making our stay a great one. The breakfast is very good and offers a great selection of choices. The pool on the 11th floor is perfect. It feels like a quiet sanctuary. Overall this hotel is well located and the staff make you feel welcomed.

I wish they had mentioned the building work going on around the pool. My only suggestion would be a coffee maker in the room then it would be perfect. Traffic noise was also constant from main road.

Based on others reviews of this place, we thought we were getting a pretty good deal. Much less expensive than other properties. Sometimes, as the same goes,… You get what you pay for! The staff was quite kind. The property was clean, those seemed a little dark and stark. HOWEVER… It was advertised that you could use the beach next-door at Friendly’s Hotel… That Was True. EXCEPT… You could use the beach, but not the lounge chairs or purchase any food or drinks there because it was an all-inclusive. Not convenient or pleasant at all. The rooftop pool was nice and, again, waitstaff was attentive and pleasant.The room was OK. Nice view of the surrounding mountains… But very noisy with street sounds at night! Earplugs solved that problem for us. The hotel zone is a fine area to stay, if we come back, we’ll probably stay in the romantic zone… Just kind of preference as far as that goes.
