The spa is the best part feature of this resort. The room was clean and quiet. My only complaints are (1) The heat didn’t work on my first night there and (2) They didn’t replenish the gym towels as I requested.

I’m gonna have to keep it real by saying the stay sucked, the waste of already not good food because there isn’t a microwave available ANYWHERE to reheat leftovers, the fact that none of the restaurants we ate at in the whole Casino was good I’m mine how do you mess up a waffle ?? And to top it all off we rented a room with a queen size bed that was actually A full size dressed up like a queen sized the stay was not fun sorry

staff was courteous, hotel was in good shape (it's vintage and i love it), room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was quiet! I especially appreciate the comfy bed and peace and quiet so I could get needed sleep on my business trip. Most important, i paid some bills and had envelopes ready with postage. Got rushed and left them in the room. Housekeeping staff found them, got them to lost and found and security (Paul, specifically) worked with me to get them to the front desk to go out in outgoing mail. Wonderfuly and very helpful!
