Our check in went well and the person who checked us in made sure that our room was by the elevator. We had dinner at their Mexican restaurant. The food was good , but over priced I thought. In the morning we had breakfast at the Brass Fork, but had to wait 15 minutes to be seated because they were under staffed. There were plenty of open tables but they would not seat us.

If you’re staying in the area I highly recommend the Santa Fe Station, super easy parking, check in, room access. Very convenient. Starbucks right downstairs from room elevators. Clean, nice spacious room with all the amenities. Works for me!

The carpet is dirty, mattress is terrible , we can’t sleep, smoke smell very strong in the room, refrigerator is smell fishy and noisy from refrigerator. Look like they never clean it inside , so smell food fishy. Terrible , make us check out early morning . Can’t stand with smell.

Extremely disappointed!
I was not happy with our room. Rented 2 rooms for 2 nights & our cost was $836! I expected a lot nicer room for that cost. Bed was so low to the floor I needed assistance getting in & out. Extremely small bathroom - again toilet was low & minimal space between tub & sink for the toilet. If you aren’t a small person good luck. Room pretty outdated on furniture & decor. I thought the fast food restaurants would be cool to access in the hotel - cost was much more expensive than the ones out on the streets. Starbucks was almost double the cost for a drink. Would definitely not book here again. Cost way to high for what we got.

“First Timers “
My stay at the hotel was okay. I booked a King Size bed room but the hotel assistant tried to talk me into staying in a Double Queen room which was unacceptable as to what my specific accommodations were. He stated it was the last King size room left which I had previously booked. It wasn’t a room chosen upon check in type deal. Also I didn’t like that there wasn’t any complimentary water available to deal with the Las Vegas heat which was a bummer. Overall I feel my room was overpriced $300 for 2 nights due to Labor Day weekend I guess. But considering everything the room was very nice & clean and smoke free which my Husband and I greatly appreciated seeing as if neither one of us are smokers. We might possibly stay here again if it’s a cheaper price.
