Food quality had significantly declined
The food was very disappointing across the board. Both the quick eateries and the supposedly high end restaurants were not good. It is very obvious that the eateries are cutting corners on quality and preparation to keep up their profitability.

Check out was sooooooo slow.. after waiting for one employee to deal with a single guest for over fifteen minutes I gave up and left my room cards with the woman trying to manage the queue. Very poor.. again

The hotel is very nice and in a good location. Our first time in Vegas and enjoyed very much. We had a room facing the Fountains at Bellagio and that was awesome! The only things we disliked was the smell in the air and then the cigarette smell in the casino. I think it would be a great idea to just have a smoking area outside for people that smoke. Why should healthy people have to breath that in while they are enjoying the casino. Also, our room phone did not work, we did not have a "do not disturb" sign, and the cushion on balcony couch was very dirty.

poor check in arrived a couple hours early room wasn't ready said they would text me they didn't waited around then went back in the lineup to find out room was ready 4 hours later stayed in chelsea tower last year, very nice was put in bouvelard tower this year underwhelming to say the least considering what i payed for a one bedroom suite worn out is an understatement housekeeping was sketchy only 2 of the 5 days did I have what I needed won't be staying here again

So I actually stayed a total of 3 nights. The first two nights with a friend and the room was in their name. But I decided to stay one more day so I booked a room for one final night in my name. The overall stay was very good. But the check in both times was not very good. The first day I showed up at 1pm hoping to get an early check in but the room wasn’t ready. Understandable. I was however on very little sleep so I just sat and waited. I didn’t end up getting my room til about 6pm. There was one employee that approached me a few times and kept me uodated apparently because it was a suite it needed more time. I believe the employees name was Jonas. He was helpful and i appreciated him. However the second check in on Monday went bad as well. The room wasn’t ready so I left my bags with the bell hop. I kept checking in but my room wasn’t ready until 8pm. That threw off my entire plans for the night as I couldn’t shower up and get ready like I planned. I’m not sure if my room was updated, but when I finally got my room it was very nice. So it’s hard to be mad at my overall experience but the check ins were atrocious. The rest of my stay was great.
