They put us in the west wing which is a detached unit very far from the main casino. I should have known better when booking it that the price was too good to be true but the building itself is horrible and it’s too bad that Peppermill actually puts customers there. Will never book a west wing room ever again. Everything else was great

Not sure if we want to stay again!
Woke up by a loud garbage truck at 6:30 am on a Sunday morning. The bed was so uncomfortable all night felt as if we were going to fall off the bed. Why are so many parking spots filled with hotel furniture? Tried to make a reservation for oceano restaurant from our room on the phone (as we have done many time in the past) and were told we had to come down to put our name on a list to then wait 45 minutes for a text. Why couldn’t that have been done over the phone so we didn’t have to come down from the north tower to hang out in the smoke for 45 minutes!!!!!! We have stayed at the peppermill so many times over the years, feel like it is going down hill! Probably will give the Atlantis or GSR a try next visit.
