As we were checking in for our added night, our card on file for some reason was charged again. So we have three charges on our card for 356$. They said they canceled the accidental third charge however this is a checking account. So now we don't have access to almost 400$! We had plans with our kids tomorrow and we now have to change them and drive home because of lack of funds. Our bank won't release the funds until at least Monday or Tuesday which makes it impossible for us enjoy our time here now. We are from out of state and this has completely altered our time here, even down to feeding our kids. We had plans to have a nice family dinner and breakfast tomorrow and now because of this we can't. I'm extremely upset with how this was handled and how we were basically told there's nothing that can be done.
