The room is ok but the walls are razor thin. You can hear everything said next door. The layout of the hotel is badly designed. It takes forever to get to your room. I cannot recommend this hotel except if you are desperate.

Our family has stayed at this hotel many times but this was our first time back in about 3 years. The prices have gone <> up for food, etc - seemingly more than most places- considering the economy. The increase in price wouldn’t be so bad if the food quality had maintained, but it has gotten considerably worse. Previous trips we always enjoyed our meals and found the food served at the pool to be quite good, but this was literally awful and inedible. Not one person in our group of 4 people could even eat the pizza because it was so bad; globs of cheese, bad flavor, lukewarm. The restaurant food wasn’t much better. I ordered a prime rib dinner which said it was served with vegetables and mashed potatoes and it arrived with fried hashbrown potatoes that were the same ones that came with the breakfast plates. The potatoes were so oily that I couldn’t eat more than a couple bites. The vegetables were coated in a thick butter sauce that overwhelmed the vegetables. After a couple meals, we decided to leave the hotel for the rest of our meals. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable as always. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Tuscany Suite was beautiful and enhanced our experience. The restaurants are top notch, excellent food and service. Too bad there are not microwaves in the rooms as the portions are very large and would make delicious late night leftovers.

I always enjoy my stay at the Peppermill It is when I visit my granddaughter in Reno feel very safe and comfortable Very close to Airport and the street it is on will take you just about anyway you want to go for shopping, eating or entertainment. Electric chargers for your car too
