We did not know there would be “resort fees” and a deposit due at check in which was almost another $400. After checked in we wanted something to eat it had been a really long night/flight so stopped at their convenience store for a little snack and they started yelling you have one minute because they wanted to mop the floors. Over all the rom has a nice appearance but we have 6 TV channels, the toilet will not stop running, bed definitely old/broke down and lot of outside noise/cars.

The maid service was excellent! They did such a nice job taking care of our needs. We love the free parking but had one altercation with parking staff, who got in my husband’s space and accused him of moving a cone. Other than that, it was good. We were sad that the television has limited channels and when we called front office they said we should mirror from our phone. Unfortunately, the last patron did something to the tv and his info couldn’t be removed. They told us tech support would come fix it, but they never did. I never would’ve turned on the tv but our minor child wanted something to do when we were downstairs. The breakfast was tasty but expensive. We enjoyed our stay. Use this hotel especially if you drive off the strip to go see the national park, etc.

The water was not working during our stay. We had to go downstairs to get water. Instead of either moving us to a hotel that was operational, or at a MINIMUM refunding our stay, we were only credited the daily resort fee. Never again.

Staff was great, if you didn't have the right key color, to be in a certain area u wasnt allowed to enter those particular elevators. At the least this provided you with a little more sense of security.

If you want to be at the Vegas strip but want a quiet and drivable experience then the Sahara is where to go. It is clean, quiet, free parking and has a monorail stop at the hotel it’s perfect.

I liked the bell hop service that worked on 9-14-24 in the day time. Great service. Also liked the service the roolette dealer on 9-16-24 at 11pm kind of in the center. He was awesome with my 21 year old daughter and son that where first time players. I didn't like the service or the food at that chicken crap place so we didn't eat at any other restaurants inside do to that. Also don't think it's good service to make quests wait till 4 to check in if there room is ready or charge me even more money to do so. I look for good service when i spend so much money to go some where.

I stayed in a tower that has been renovated or at least nicer than the initial tower I stayed in... And the hotel cut me a deal on that. For only an additional ninety dollars per night, upgrade for a 1 bedroom suite. The rest of the property and stay was one star at best.

Valet parking was good. We were sent to a room where there was no water! The basic necessity! When called customer service, the man who answered was very rude. He did not even say sorry instead he said “ yes, we are aware of the problem but we don’t know when it will be fixed”. It was unacceptable. I had to go down to the check in area and the gentleman there was nice. He was apologetic and gave us another room with water. There was no coffee or tea or even a hot water kettle in the room. I would not go back there.
