The location is great. That’s all that’s great about this hotel. The staff was friendly but not accommodating and didn’t respond to some of our requests. Our room (I chose a not standard room but one with a view hoping it was better) didn’t have a fridge (our friends’ standard rooms had fridges), the safe didn’t work, and the tv didn’t work. They couldn’t help us with any of these! All we got was the run-around. It would’ve been also nice to have coffee and tea supplied in the room but no such luck. We also had a power outage at night for 5 or 6 hours and it was so hot. When we called the main line, they said to call Reception and we will get a credit of atleast $50 US. Reception said all they would give us is late checkout. We were leaving at 10 am so that didn’t help us. Overall, terrible service delivered with friendly smiles.

We have always stayed at the LINQ but the service was not great this time! The showers have no pressure,there’s hardly any water coming out ! Horrible!! The shower was dirty with hair, disgusting! The pillows are all flat so you wake up with pain in your neck! Won’t ever stay again!

Room not available that I reserved so got downgraded. They “over booked” my style of room. Room was filthy and stains on floor and lamp shade. Was on business trip and 3 of the other rooms of coworkers were similar condition.

The room was basic, nothing wrong with it. This is my first time in Vegas and I assumed all the rooms were suites or really big. But this was just a regular hotel room, nothing special. Shower was really nice. No refrigerator, and have to pay extra for an early check in, even if it's just an hour before. Location was great, loved the promenade. But the view from our hotel room was utterly awful, it was the back of another hotel. Couldn't have been worse.
