Workers were wonderful and friendly. Clean and nice facilities. $20 resort fee when most services were closed is not good. During week, casino staff is minimal at night. Love the 24 hour food shop. Good deals on food in Hanna's resturant.

12 PM check out time is awesome. We were told that only half of the casino is open due to construction however, it was still a very lively time. They have everything complete you need so we felt we did not have to leave the casino or anything. A few different bars, depending on your style. Dance floor with live music good atmosphere around the tables and slot machines. Great café restaurant with an amazing unique menu. The only con would be you must use bellhop to operate luggage cart. I understand that’s what you have a fancy hotels however for someone moving and grooving I don’t feel I have time to wait in line. Other than that, all staff from the cashiers, to the hosts, to the restaurant employees, to the Starbucks employees were amazing, funny, and cared good conversation.

The rooms were decent and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s no valet even though they have a giant sign outside the hotel entrance, lol. But they do have bell service to help with your luggage. The cafe has good food. Overall a decent and affordable place to stay.

The bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. Should have had them change our room we shared a wall with the elevator that was very loud and had people scream all night long getting of the elevator, there should not be a room at that location! Overall horrible experience. And I am not one to complain about hotels!
