We arrived after traveling for 24 hours to find that our 2 X Queen beds had been 'upgraded' to a suite with 1 X Bed and 1 X sofa bed. I asked for our original room and was told there were none available. I refused to sign off on mandatory resort fee so they got a manager. Low and behold the manager got us 2 X beds that our original reservation was for..

It’s really dark throughout the whole hote, rooms are dark even with the 2 lamps and room light on it just seems dark. And the shower doesn’t close half of the shower is open so water gets all over the floor

I booked and non smoking room… when we got there front desk said all they had was smoking but they would move us in the morning to non smoking…. We woke up with sore throats and allergies on high…. Paul from the front desk told us they had no non smoking rooms available but they would comp us the first night….we checking out and I got back home waiting for a refund that never came,.,., I called and Paul said he never told us that…. I’m beyond disappointed and will never stay here again

Property is excellent. Stayed for 3 nights but housekeeping had to be reminded on my 2nd day. On my 3rd day housekkeping wasn't done until 4:45pm after numerous reminder. Free beer was offered at the front desk but staff came back with a card which i cant get a free beer at the bar near the front desk. They send me to the 2nd floor for the free beer. No thanks. Room was perfect and loved my room upon floor 24.
