Check in was easy and the hotel was typical Vegas hotel, but the air conditioning went out 4 times had to have maintenance constantly in the room. After the fourth attempt to fix the air conditioning, it was unfixable. They finally decided to move us to another room, which was fine. It was right just down the hall, but that rain wasn’t much better. The phone did not work at all and the TV in the room had no remote for it. I went to the front desk at least 5 times within two days to ask about a remote , I was told they had ordered one for the room! It was never brought to the room. Probably will not stay there again.

First time to Las Vegas. We enjoyed the Plaza Hotel. Good restaurants in the hotel. Staff was nice and competent. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

This hotel is poorly maintained and reeks of cigarette smoke. The towels and sheets are stained. The maintenance staff and housekeepers were very friendly and professional. It is just a property that is falling apart.

Close to all the fun on Fremont street but s short uber from the strip. Yes bathrooms are small and we expected the noise facing Fremont. Rooftop pool & hot tub were open and great for us to use, though bar & food truck were closed for the season. Restaurant options were top notch and casino was fun.
