Room was VERY clean (and I’m VERY picky about that). Smart TV was difficult to figure out (probably operator error). Pumps on the dispensers in the shower were difficult to use. Advertised as “ocean front” and it is, but our room was not. At checkout I was told I’d get a receipt from “Expedia.” I’m guessing he meant to say “Hotels.com” however, 7 hours later, still no receipt.

Everyone was super nice and accommodating! Literally walk right out to the beach from our hotel room. We had a microwave and fridge in our room. Room was super clean with a huge window to look out. They do give you a paper parking pass to put in your vehicle, parking was slim at times. Granted we did come for an event and it seemed everyone else had the same idea of staying there also. Breakfast was nice. Orange and apple juice with your basic breakfast choices. Waffle maker, yogurt cereal etc. They had a gazebo in the back with chairs and tables overlooking the beach which was super nice. Now the cons, nothing crazy but the exhaust fan in the room didn’t work. This is a pet friendly hotel so we could hear dogs barking at times. We were also woken up super early on sunday ( our check out day) by the fire alarms going off. Front desk said there was nothing they could do that the fire department had to be the ones to turn it off. We would definitely stay here again tho.
